What it’s like
working here

A great support team can feel irreplaceable for our participants, but we can only build these teams through a stable, nurturing work environment. At Space For Life, we treat every onboarding with care, ensuring our employees enter the workplace with the knowledge they need to provide thorough, considered support.

We are a values-based employer and the combination of our values and our diversity and inclusion policy are the guiding principles for how we operate.

We are also committed to developing well-matched worker-participant pairings that stay together for the long haul, so we recruit direct care staff who will fit well with the person they are supporting.
